EMMANUEL ACADEMIES
Emmanuel Academies was formed with the goal of implementing a seminary program to prepare Leaders for Service within their Communities and to Build Congregations, Ministries and Careers emphasizing cultural and demographic diversity, with a focus on Southern US and Central and South America.
Through collaborative innovations with the highest quality partners, Emmanuel Academies has implemented a highly innovative 5 Year Pastoral Leadership Degree Program, which allows students called to serve the church and congregations to earn both a BA and MDiv over 5 years, through a program that is more accessible and flexible and less expensive and time consuming that traditional 8 year programs. This program has expanded into MDiv and DMin degrees for adult learners. Our geographic scope also includes Africa.
Our focus on Faith, Work & Economics has brought us into the community, with education linking Sunday to Monday, MicroLending, on the ground social entrepreneurship programs, and much more.
Emmanuel Academies also supports Early Childhood Education, Faith Forming Bible Schools, language refinement and vocational training, mentoring, coaching, and continuing education. Emmanuel Academies is touching numerous lives each day!

Since 1953, Emmanuel Lutheran Church has been at the forefront of community building through education in South West Florida.
Emmanuel Academies is an affiliated ministry of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church, harnessing the love for community and the blessings of God through the Congregation and leveraging it with community partners, to serve the Greater Good.
Our students are from throughout our community, of all backgrounds, with the common goal of pursuing self improvement and reaching their potential by applying and further developing their God-given gifts to best serve their families and the community.
Our programs leverage our numerous partners and utilize our rich and diverse learning environment, applying unparalleled teaching methods, on site and within the community, to nurture students into the successful future they have always dreamed of. We encourage instructors, tutors and students alike to grow, learn and servce each passing day.

EA's Guide to Spanish-Language Theological Resources
A collaborative endeavor to support the formation of future
Hispanic Congregational Leaders
Emmanuel Academies has collaborated with nineteen exceptional scholars in the Latino/Hispanic theological world to identify and compile a guide of more than 200 Spanish-language academic resources. The books and other media materials highlighted and recommended within this Guide are divided into the nine integrated learning outcomes aligned with the Emmanuel Academies Master of Divinity curriculum offered in partnership with Kairos University.
This Guide includes rich and valuable resources to assist in the mastery of degree requirements; its application will support and expand Hispanic seminarians' theological knowledge and understanding in culturally sensitive and relevant ways.
This April 2022 edition was made possible through through a capacity-building grant from Leadership Education at Duke Divinity and Asociación para la Educación Teológica Hispana (AETH).

Our Summer Bible Camp at our Mooring Line Drive campus was a tremendous success with more kids and instructors than last year!
